Not Just Another Small Town Machine Shop
Noordermeer Bros. Inc. is a machining, tooling and fabricating shop located in Delaware, Ontario, Canada. It may be located in a small town but the plant on the hill is not your average small town job shop.
The brothers Henk and Marinus (Martin) Noordermeer began their machine shop in Henk’s garage in 1973. Within a few years they had expanded to a 25,000 sq. ft. facility which has expanded a number of times since. Providing quality work and going that extra mile for total customer satisfaction has established Noordermeer Bros. as a successfully competitive business.
In their 50 years of service, Noordermeer Bros. Inc. has established a consistent quality level made possible in part by their ability to keep their employees happy as well as their clients. A number of the company’s employees have been working there for 30 years or even longer, a testament to the great working conditions and a key element in maintaining tighter process controls. This translates directly into value for the customer by knowing exactly what kind of work they can expect from our shop.
